Quality refurb - some great features but some annoyances

Refurb is like new. Pros: Unit looks great, especially with opaque custom cover also available on Amazon. Unit is light and has good battery life. Very fast boot time - no annoying upgrades. Cons: Keyboard lacks a few common keys, notably pg up, pg dn and delete. Memory card sticks halfway out of case when inserted which makes it tough to just leave it there. No VGA output jack. Very thin pin on power cord that may not stand up to abuse. All of those annoyances are not present on the cheaper brand but battery life is better on this unit. Chromebook OS is not 100% compatible with logmein remote software which I find to be most unfortunate.
